The Platform allows approved artists to submit artworks for review. Approved artworks may be displayed publicly on blockdeco and may become accessible to unregistered visitors, search engines, social platforms, AI indexing systems, public previews, and other third-party discovery systems.
blockdeco is not a marketplace and does not currently process payments, sell artworks, or act as a commercial agent for artists.

7. Artist Submission Requirements
By uploading artwork or related content to blockdeco, artists represent and warrant that:
- uploaded images are their own original images or images they are legally authorized to submit;
- uploaded artworks depict their own original LEGO® MOC creation;
- the MOC was genuinely designed, built, or created by the artist;
- the uploaded work is not an official LEGO® set;
- the uploaded work is not intentionally copied from, substantially similar to, or misleadingly presented as an official LEGO® product;
- the uploaded work represents a realistically buildable creation;
- the uploaded work is not an AI-generated image, AI-generated concept, AI-generated visualization, or similar generated content;
- the uploaded content does not infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other third-party rights;
- descriptions, titles, tags, dimensions, social links, donation links, and other submitted information are accurate to the best of the artist’s knowledge.
Artists are solely responsible for the content they upload and for proving authorship, ownership, or authorization if reasonably requested.
blockdeco reviews submissions for suitability, quality, moderation, and alignment with the Platform’s expectations. blockdeco doesnotverify whether the uploader is the true owneror author of every submitted work.
8. LEGO® MOC and Material Requirements
Submitted artworks must be LEGO®-based MOC creations suitable for a curated art and decoration gallery.
Unless blockdeco decides otherwise in a specific case, submitted artworks must:
- consist of at least90% LEGO® elements;
- remain predominantly and visibly LEGO® element-based;
- represent some form of LEGO® MOC art, display object, decoration, interior design element, or related brick-built artwork;
- not be merely a photo of an official LEGO® set;
- not be a non-LEGO artwork, advertisement, spam submission, or unrelated image.
Up to approximately 10% non-LEGO supporting elements may be used where reasonably appropriate, such as:
- wooden frames;
- stone stands;
- plastic holders;
- mounting accessories;
- display supports;
- other structural or decorative support materials.
blockdeco has sole discretion to decide whether a submission satisfies these requirements.
9. Prohibited Content

- offensive or intentionally shocking material;
- spam, scams, advertisements, or unrelated promotional content;
- malware, malicious files, or harmful links;
- AI-generated artworks, unless blockdeco expressly allows a specific exception in the future;
- copyrighted franchises, protected characters, brand assets, or third-party intellectual property where blockdeco recognizes or reasonably suspects infringement;
- official LEGO® sets presented as original MOCs;
- content that falsely suggests sponsorship, endorsement, authorization, or affiliation with the LEGO Group or any other third party;
- content that violates applicable law or third-party rights.
Political content is not automatically prohibited. blockdeco supports freedom of expression. However, political content may still be rejected or removed if it violates these Terms, infringes rights, is hateful, unlawful, misleading, abusive, or unsuitable for the curated direction of the Platform.
AI upscaling, technical image enhancement, color correction, cropping, noise reduction, and similar post-processing may be allowed if the underlying artwork is a real, artist-created, realistically buildable MOC and the final image does not misrepresent the nature of the artwork.
